A big Goal

So.... I have been walking again.. wicked kewl new leg... so I have decided to work at something positive...
I have started to walk.. goal to walk a 5k.. = 3.1 mile (no time set for this til i do the first one)
swim= 1 mile in 30-40 minutes.. hand bike 4 miles in 20 minutes and row machine 5 mile (not sure time)

I can do this.. next may (on birthday) I am going to do all 4 and see what time is.. then every year do the same thing :)


boundaries

So I have been struggling with boundaries again.. Though. to stand back.. or to say no.. So I am starting to use my coping skills more..
