I do not know if I journal here or in my book or both.. so for now I am going to do both as I am doing the book one a few times a week... I think here I will not put the (personal) things.. but the frustrations.. thoughts.. questions.. ect... so.... (oh not that anyone reads this or comments)

Lets see where to start.,,,, LIFE...
Bible: This should be something I do... It needs to be a daily thing.. without God I can not do the other things..
Exercise: My goal is 3 times a week.. I am at 1 maybe 2.. excuse after excuse... so I have to. I can. I will!
Food: This I am doing better at.. the soda is still an issue.. so going to try water before I go for the soda..
Routine: I need to get into one.. so.. I will start with the first thing.. Bible time..

A big Goal
So.... I have been walking again.. wicked kewl new leg... so I have decided to work at something positive...
I have started to walk.. goal to walk a 5k.. = 3.1 mile (no time set for this til i do the first one)
swim= 1 mile in 30-40 minutes.. hand bike 4 miles in 20 minutes and row machine 5 mile (not sure time)
I can do this.. next may (on birthday) I am going to do all 4 and see what time is.. then every year do the same thing :)

So I have been struggling with boundaries again.. Though. to stand back.. or to say no.. So I am starting to use my coping skills more..

racing against myself
I keep the song Breath by Cheri Magill in my mind.. I have to keep it stronger.. I am frustrated that I can not lose weight.. but seem to be still gaining...Really trying to eat right .. and work out more.. I am hoping that the doctor ups my thryoid meds back up... anyway there is lots i have to get back into,, and work on..

so much for week 1
So the first week went by and I have to start back at day ONE..
It is all good
why though do I have a hard time sticking to something when it is positive for me? But when it is neg I don't.. OH I know because it takes work to make it work and doesnt to not..
so what else do i have to say about this..
make a list .. just what the doctor said to not do as I beat myself up when I do not get he list done.. so i need to take a look at this..
make a list and be proud of what i do get done on it! there I go..

how to get and keep a habbit
I know that there is a rule.. 21 day to form a habit another 21 to keep.. so I have to try and really pick 3 habits and try this.. that way maybe 1 of them will stick..
So
1) Youversion daily
2) Journals (online and in writing) Online one maybe someone reads it maybe not.. gotta figure out what to put in it.. for it to be fun than figure out how to get it out there from peeps to read
3) YMCA at least 2-3 times a week
So that is all I got for now..

Yes I am back again,. What can keep me doing this on a reg. basis,. I think I need to make a list each night of the things I need to do reg.. and after awhile it will be come habit.
Bible time and Bible journal
Feelings and how day was journal maybe I can make them into 1 but I think I like idea being seperate.. I could do one in am and one pm Probally the feelings and day went at night.. and make bible time in the AM
I am doing good with my eating.. at least most of the time..
Swimming more..
